Send the request from your registered email address when possible and include the registered mobile number. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

What may be deleted

Account login details, profile information, saved preferences and other non-mandatory account information may be deleted after verification.

Records that may be retained

Transaction, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention and dispute records may be retained when reasonably necessary or required by applicable law. Retained records are restricted to those purposes.

Processing time

We aim to process a verified deletion request within seven working days and will contact you if further information is required.
